Design duo Alice Lee made their mark last year when they were named ‘Ones to
Watch’ by Vauxhall Fashion Scout. This led on to Alice Lee being selected as one of
Selfridges ‘bright young things’, and invited to curate their own window display
at the prestigious Oxford street flagship store. Described by Vogue as “one of the
country’s most exciting emerging talents”
AW12 saw the success of the labels first solo show with Vauxhall Fashion Scout.
Specialising in knitwear; the high-end label’s distinctive signature feature is created by
combining embellishment and intricate handwork within a modern structured
silhouette, enhancing the luxurious yet edgy simplicity of the collection.
Alice Smith and Lee Farmer met after Alice finished the MA fashion Knitwear
course at St Martins and have collaborated with various labels including Giles,
Hardy Amies and Stefanel Italy.
Alice Lee‘s collections are handmade in England.
